Don Rosa's comments: FEBRUARY: RETURN TO XANADU This picture is related to my story 'Return to Xanadu' ('Takaisin Xanaduun', in 'Kadonneen kirjaston vartijat'-collection). I drew that as a sequel to the Barks classic of Tralla La ('Onnellinen laakso', AA 6-7/97), which is one of my favourites. The picture doesn't actually represent any particular scene of the story, but is more like a collection of different ingredients of the adventure. These are i.e the bottle covers(?) in the corners. (What? No, don't ask, read the story yourselves.) The big asian looking guy is the Kublai-khan, whose treasure is being sought in the story.
