Biography:
Pintail Duck is the first known member of the Duck family. He was born around 1530, probably somewhere on the British Isles.
In the Barks classic Back To Long Ago!, Barks shows that Pintail Duck served aboard the HMS "Falcon Rover" under Capt. Loyal Hawk as he raided the Spanish Caribbean trade routes!. Together with a naval officer named Matey McDuck once buried a treasure that actually consisted of potatoes. In that story Barks also shows that Pintail Duck seems to have been reborn as Donald Duck.
Pintail Duck died when the Falcon was sunken by the Spanish on December 9th 1564.
