This is a one page story (gag) that Don Rosa once did especially for the German "Tempo" magazine (Released in #10 1995). There is one point about this story that may be not too obvious for non-German readers; the shape of the hole in the wall, in the last panel of the story, looks exactly like the logo of the "Tempo" magazine.

It seems that this story has been published only once. It is thus very difficult to find.

Note: Because this story is published in German only this version has been unofficially translated to English with help from Don Rosa himself. He says: "I don't have any record of that script, OR the art! I'm not sure if I even have a copy of the magazine, but I hope I do... somewhere! I can't know whether it was accurately translated from my original script. But, reading your version, I can give you my version of what I think I would have written in those balloons."
