Don Rosa's first Disney cover done back in 1986, for his first Disney story - "The Son of the Sun". It shows Uncle Scrooge and his rival Flintheart Glomgold arguing about the ownership of the lost Incan treasure. Donald Duck and HD&L are watching the scene from the background. In the later version of this cover [ARC US 219B] Donald and HD&L wasn't included. Don Rosa says this about these covers: "The second one was completely redrawn from scratch. If you compare them, you'll see that. And the one with all the Ducks was drawn FIRST. This was back in 1986, so I have no memory of why Byron wanted it changed, or why we didn't just remove the extra figures from a photostat."
