$crooge is cleaning out a cabinet of old office equipment and papers, and after Donald throwing the junk out, $crooge realizes there was something valuable in with the trash, and there's a chase trying to get the stuff back (since once it was dumped into a trash can, it's no longer the property of the original owner... it's "salvageable").
